Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece is handmade to order and will purposely show different details in textures or granules, as a result of the casting process and a conscious choice. Each item is unique and will never be 100% identical to the one shown in the pictures. Hence, according to the European directive on consumer rights, refunds are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it upon notification within two weeks after receiving the item. Items must be unworn and returned in original undamaged packaging. Please be aware that you will have to pay any cost difference and additional shipping costs. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene and safety.

 

Refunding are available only in the unfortunate event of faulty items. This policy applies upon notification within two months after receiving the item. If your item shows a fault please contact us at humbleforgejewellery@gmail.com and send us pictures and a complete description of the fault and a refund will be evaluated (including postage costs) upon the item return. As stated in the Jewellery Care page, items should be treated with care, especially earrings and gems bearing rings. Any item presenting damages incurred by the customer from misuse and improper care cannot be refunded. We recommend you to always use a tracked mail service, as it is your responsibility to ensure the return items are properly delivered.

We produce each item according to the size specified with your order. If your item does not fit, please contact us for a re-sizing service. Please consider that shippings and labour will be charged.
